NOTE – Please be sure to check all shipments for any potential damage during transit.
As the recipient of the product, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item upon delivery for any potential damage. We recommend that you remove any protective wrapping before the driver leaves to ensure a complete inspection. In case any damage is discovered during transit, it must be recorded in detail on the Bill of Lading and signed by the driver. A copy of the Bill of Lading, with the noted damage, must be sent to us either by email or mail so that we can file a damage claim with the trucking company on your behalf. If possible, please take photographs of the damaged product on the truck and off the truck as evidence that will assist with the product damage claim. It is essential to keep the damaged product in your possession for up to two months as the shipping company has the right to inspect and/or claim the product if a damage claim is filed and/or paid by them.
